If you can accept the offer, this must within by 5 workdays signs at us per e-mail as a confirmation returned become.
In Offertbestätigung, a down payment of 70% of the entire production sum is due and must have gone in innert 5 workdays after confirmation on our account. If the offer will object to, we make you within further 24Std. an against offer.

Upon receipt that signed generate offer we you within 15-20 days (according to production saturation and material) free of charge ever a "Sample" your model. In textiles out of leather or Denim, we must reckon the material costs for the creation of a "Sample".
After completion of the "Sample", this is delivered at you. So you can undertake yet changes/adaptations as a customer before it goes into the production. Changes must be delivered also in written form per e-mail at us.
If the changes adaptations of the "Sample's are delivered it" at us, we lead this directly at our production further, which manufactures under your instructions. Production times vary and are strong of the type of the product, the numbers of pieces such as the related materials (details take you out of the category Boxing/ Sports/ Fashion/ Fitness/ Training or Accessories).
Basically 20-90 days count from date of receipt of the production confirmation.
As soon as the production is locked and the final payment of 30% of the entire production costs went in on our account, the good is delivered at the end destination in accordance with agreement. Any possible freight costs is due in accordance with logistics offer and are taken separately into account.
